Life can be messy, chaotic, and complicated; therapy reminds me of spring cleaning. Similar to spring cleaning, therapy can be slow, overwhelming, & messy. Throughout the therapeutic process, it is my goal to support clients to embrace all the parts of them in healing from trauma. Together, we will work to unpack and find meaning, connection, understanding, and even humor. I work with individuals that have experienced sexual trauma, relational trauma, eating disorders, and struggle with the impacts of trauma. I deeply enjoy working with individuals that want to deepen their connection to self and community.
I am a queer, curious, affirming, person-centered, HAES-aligned, trauma-informed clinician. I believe integrating mindfulness, the breath, and the body into our work can be a powerful way connect to yourself and support healing from trauma. I use sensorimotor, IFS, psychodynamic, and relational therapy to support my clients in healing from trauma.
You're worthy of being heard, seen, and valued. I welcome you to join me as we appreciate your past, this present moment, and everything the future has to offer. I look forward to working with you!

Groups
Our Resilience
Our Resilience is a processing group for survivors of sexual assault, abuse, and violence. This virtual group is intended to create an intentional, safe space for survivors to connect and support each other in their healing from trauma. Each group session will include a check-in, yoga or meditation exercise, discussion, and check-out. Although I am a licensed therapist, this group is not a therapy support group. Since it is not a therapy group, individuals may reside anywhere in the US. Read more at ourcollectivespace.com/our-resilience
