*** I currently do not have openings*** Given all that has happened in the past few years, life can feel overwhelming and/or out of control. Psychotherapy can provide you a place to heal, turn your life around, feel more empowered, and to begin to have the life you want. Even the most independent adults need help once in awhile. I will work to help you feel safe and supported. We'll go at a pace that feels comfortable, while selecting the best tools for you. Our work can help you begin to feel calm, relieved, hopeful, and encouraged.
I've had close to 19 years of experience (9 in private practice) in helping adults recover from many difficulties, including overwhelming traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and early child abuse. First-responders and Veterans welcome.
I take great pride in making my practice culturally sensitive, as well as affirming to GLBTQ+ and questioning adults.
