In a positive, relaxing, judgmental free environment, we will work through the challenges and perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more functional, fulfilling and joyful life.

I use a somatic, integrative approach, blending cognitive, dialectiacl behavioral (DBT), and psycho-dynamic, therapies, yoga and formal EMDR training to work toward achieving your goals.
