**I am currently not accepting new clients.** I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing family and individual therapy for adults, teens and children in Colchester. I also provide EMDR treatment.
I provide office based and telehealth counseling services geared towards helping adolescents and adults build strengths that allow them to feel emotionally health again. I engage additional support systems when appropriate (i.e. school, family or community).
I have a very easy going approach that tends to work well with young children or adolescents who are initially uncomfortable with the thought of meeting with a therapist.
