I specialize in treating women with anxiety, panic attacks, mild depression, low self esteem, relationship conflict, and stress. A client centered approach is emphasized whereby my treatment is designed to cater to the specific needs of the person at hand.
I incorporate mind/body techniques such as meditation and exercise and teach people coping skills to help manage life's challenges. Through equipping people with tools to manage their stress, this assists with creating a healthier self esteem and fostering positive feelings of self worth.
As both a licensed psychotherapist and certified personal trainer, all facets of human functioning and health are accounted for in order to achieve optimal health. Through strengthening both mental (the mind) and physical (the body) aspects of human nature, the soul of a person is able to lead a more balanced, peaceful, and meaningful existence.
