I have 10 (+) years in providing individual & couple's counseling & I was previously in the computer industry. I believe in people's resiliency & ability to strive for better.

1. identify narcissistic traits and behaviors 2. confirm that someone in your life is a narcissist and acknowledge you may need to protect yourself from emotional (and possibly) physical harm 3. identify what traits attract the narcissists attention 4. confirm any of those traits in yourself 5.
