I specialize in the treatment of PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and chronic illness. In addition to teaching practical coping and communication skills, my approach honors the mind-body connection, and so I incorporate mindfulness practice, body and breath awareness, EMDR and other methods into our work when appropriate.
A Columbia University School of Social Work graduate, certified EMDR practitioner and consultant and trainer of other EMDR professionals, and certified Kripalu Yoga teacher, I regularly participate in ongoing postgraduate training so that I can bring up-to-date information to my work with you.
