Psychotherapy group for women ages 18-24. Topics include self-esteem, healthy relationships, boundaries, self-care, anxiety/depression, grief, self-respect and future intentions. Group is bilingual (Spanish/English) and hybrid, held both in person in our Southington office and via telehealth. Facilitated by Shasterin Valentin, LCSW.Grupo para mujeres de 18 a 24 años.
