My clients tell me I have a unique ability to take something that feels very "big" in their life and make it feel manageable. Because I have a strong belief in the power and resilience of the human spirit, I work to assist my clients accessing their own strengths and support them in moving forward by helping to identify their options. I offer a unique perspective for my clients because I am both a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Life Coach.
My experience includes: in-patient setting, intensive outpatient IOP programs and individual therapy settings. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach encompassing elements of CBT, DBT, and for trauma related issues I use EMDR and Brainspotting. I help adults and adolescents reaching their goals; managing emotions such as anxiety and depression.
My greatest strength as a therapist is to identify the root of the problem quickly and to assist my clients into making necessary life changes to live a more stress free, content life. I offer a calm and safe environment for my clients to achieve their goals.
