I specializes in Truth Oriented Therapy; which incorporates mindfulness-based, cognitive, existential, contemplative, and spiritual approaches. I concurrently serve as a clinician providing and developing beneficial treatments at the Yale School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry.
I specifically focus on domains such as truth, insight, acceptance, wisdom, compassion, freedom, and awakening.
