Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a holistic therapist who works with the mind, body and Spirit. I use a holistic and intuitive counseling approach incorporating mind, body, and spirit to help clients develop ways to shine light into their lives. My practice addresses anxiety, self-worth, boundaries, relationship issues, spirituality, and for anyone adjusting to difficult changes (especially in our current pandemic). My passion is helping people to empower their lives so they can align with their own passion and purpose.

As children we may have learned certain coping mechanisms that were meant to protect us at the time but are now getting in the way as an adult. I can help you to become aware of the past coping strategies and learn to develop healthy strategies in alignment with your current values in order to connect and repair your relationship with your inner child.

You have within you an inner guidance system that offers infinite possibilities. I provide a grounded energy during our sessions that helps you connect with this wisdom. I enjoy using therapeutic techniques such as: inner child work, images/symbolism, dreamwork, energy work and expressive arts. I would love to begin working with you!
