Practice is full (Jan 2024). My work is focused on meeting each unique individual where they are in order to help them find relief from their suffering. I use therapeutic techniques that give you helpful coping tools and problem solving for symptom relief as well as provide a deeper level of growth to move beyond old patterns into a more fulfilling way of life. My approach is grounded in listening carefully to you and coming to a deep understanding of who you are, what you want/need, and your individual way of living life. I reflect these things back to you and we work together to explore any changes that feel right for you.
This is a supportive space for people with religious/spiritual beliefs, 12step/recovery, LGBTQIA+ folx, and non-traditional lifestyles. I work from humanistic perspectives that are informed by anti-oppression, social justice frameworks. I bill Medicare, MHN, Optum, and Victim Witness. For other insurances, I provide Superbills. I am in the office Tue-Fri.
I offer a range of therapeutic approaches including talk therapy, art therapy, and body-based somatic therapy. I use various complimentary healing models including: cognitive behavioral, depth, developmental, brain-based (neuro-physiology), somatic, imaginal, and earth-based/indigenous. I also have training in wilderness rites of passage work.
