My practice sees adults and kids for a variety of reasons. I see adults who want a safe place to express, download and explore what is presently challenging, whether a life transition, change, relocation/acculturation, hardships, anxiety, depression or simply not feeling happy. Similarly, I see children who are experiencing family changes or transitions, behavioral challenges, who would benefit from learning social-emotional skills towards better self-regulation, as well as support in overcoming trauma, depression, anxiety.

I am humanistically trained and use an integrative psychotherapy model that combines therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of each person. I resonate with the Narrative Therapy world view and specialize in developing emotional literacy and social-emotional awareness and regulation.

Trained as an Expressive Arts therapist I work with creative modalities to explore further what is present. These include drawing, painting, sculpting, movement, acting, music, puppets, & sand tray. There is always a choice of expression besides spoken word. My work is strength based and goal oriented and progresses at the pace and rhythm of the individual.
