I try to meet people with an open mind and heart so that a foundational felt sense of safety can be established while we explore your struggle and symptoms. I hope to help you understand yourself better and to learn to cope with life's stressors with self compassion and awareness. The process of healing can take time, at times be painful, yet with commitment to exploring your inner workings, you start living your best life as you come to self acceptance in this work.
I currently only offer telehealth services via HIPPA secure Zoom and love the flexibility that telehealth provides. Therapeutically I blend transpersonal, psychodynamic, humanistic, holistic body based processing, behavior change strategies and stress management techniques to support you towards feeling empowered and liberated to just be you.
