I care deeply about supporting people when they feel lonely, stuck and hopeless, and the usual things just aren't working. My clients tend to be high functioning adults who have reached a critical point where something has to give. Often this becomes evident while undergoing a major life transition such as a break up, divorce, the death of a loved one, or a career change. These low points can be scary and painful, but they can also be incredible opportunities for growth and healing. But growing is hard work and sometimes we can't do it on our own.
That's where I come in. Using a warm and engaging approach, I merge cutting-edge research in neuroscience with proven therapeutic tools, including expression through the arts, mindfulness and somatic awareness. These tools are effective in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as enhancing performance and reducing stress.
When we work together, I'll help you feel safe and supported, even when you're most vulnerable, and together, we'll uncover the deeper parts of your story that need attention. I'll be your ally as we create a life in which you thrive.
