Looking for the right fit in therapy is everything, & I gladly meet my clients where they are & help them move towards the change they want to see in their lives. I provide insight-oriented therapy to those who want to work on how they show up in relationship, looking at behavioral patterns and unpacking how we can change the scripts that influence how you interact with others. I help those navigating the world as a Highly Sensitive Person or with neurodivergence, and are interested in therapy for the betterment of their relationship to self and others. I specialize in working with grieving clients navigating life altering change.
I offer relationally focused, insight oriented therapy to individual adults in OH and CA rooted in neuroscience, attachment theory, systemic and psychodynamic work. I'm a certified grief professional through Megan Devine's grief work perspective. I'm a creative arts therapist, sand tray practitioner, Registered Drama Therapist & Registered Play Therapist.
Licensed in CA and OH, I see clients in both states via telehealth at this time, and in person in Cleveland, OH. Introduction to Drama Therapy

This one time group is intended for older teens and adults ages 16 and up who are curious about drama therapy and what it feels like to participate in it. Participants will leave with an understanding of what a group and an individual session look like. This 8-10 person group will be 90 minutes and will be in person. Participants will be required to provide proof of vaccination for COVID-19. Masks and social distancing will be required.

The Eyed Entity Project: Female Empowerment Group

A women’s group exploring identity, roles, empowerment and growth. This group explores identity through the lens of self and group encounter. The group therapist will lead participants through experiential activities and discussion to explore different parts of the self and help participants identify their preferences, communication styles, interests, and what drives them in their lives, including where they find the most joy. Creating a group with a sense of community to provide support to each other through this work is part of the process.
