I am a psychotherapist (MFT) and Coach for the Psychology of Eating. My counseling sessions online and in person aim to help couples and individuals (12 years and up) for a variety of issues, such as emotional eating, depression, anxiety, trauma, couple's conflict, codependency, self-esteem, life transitions, behavioral problems and more. I am trained couples therapist, and have passion for helping couples. I provide space for those who struggle with emotional eating and suffer silently and alone, so they can transform their relationship with their bodies and eating habits, lose weight and achieve greater self-esteem.
Being a caregiver myself in the past, I’m deeply aware of caregivers' struggles, and I'm passionate about supporting them. Also, I very much enjoy helping couples find deeper connection with each other. I love supporting women in their growth towards personal power, as well as men in building inner integrity and strength.
My main interests are couples therapy, emotional eating, caregiving and supporting women. I am trained by Stan Tatkin, one of the most known couples therapists. He taught me to help couples recreate safety, love and intimacy. My mentor in food related issues is Marc David, a man who has a profound understanding of emotional eating, and who helped me heal.
