I am dedicated to helping you with the difficult and painful experiences by facilitating understanding of yourself and the issues that cause pain.
My goal is to facilitate the ability to gain insight which allows space to draw on inherent strengths, build tools, heal the wounds, and provide a different way to live and new perspectives. I utilize talk psychotherapy, EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic integration.
I provide a holistic, empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative, and insightful experience to help you feel safe to explore yourself, the difficulties that you are struggling with, tap into your strengths and gain the resilience you need.
