My therapy style is warm and non-judgmental, using humanistic and family systemic techniques which include attachment, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches. I am a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and Certified in Perinatal Mood Health.
