My specialty is working with the unique type of trauma experienced by survivors of narcissistic abuse. This includes narcissistic abuse from partners, parents, other family members, in your place of employment, and anywhere else you may experience the unique abuse that only a narcissist inflicts. I get it, and I can help you recover from the damage these relationships cause. I also work with trauma in all of its forms including PTSD, Complex-PTSD, and Dissociative Disorders and I use EMDR and parts work to help my clients learn about themselves and heal.

The feedback that I receive is, that I empathize & mirror the key issues quickly and help you brainstorm. I then help you get at "reframing" the negative situations and help you motivate and prioritize what is needed to do to actually change.
