I am currently accepting new clients ages 18 and up for individual counseling, in office and via video telehealth. Common presenting issues include anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relational challenges. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of success in therapy. Without feelings of safety and trust, it is difficult to let down your defenses.

I love working with people who are on the fence! My favorite word in therapy is ambivalence: having mixed feelings! Sometimes it is wanting one thing and also wanting the other. Learning to navigate mixed emotions is a key piece of growth in therapy. I work in private practice virtually part time, and my full time position is at Nexus Teen Academy.

I specialize in working with youth and adults who experience symptoms of PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, behavioral issues, and relationship issues while utilizing modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT, DBT, Animal Assisted Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.
