As a licensed professional counselor with experience in providing preteen, teen, couples, and individual counseling, let me offer you a warm and accepting environment where being non-judgmental is necessary to make you feel comfortable. Please note I work by telehealth only and my hours are Sunday through Friday from 7am to 3pm.
I specialize in is trauma, whether it is from childhood or adulthood. We can use a special type of therapy called EMDR to help you resolve these issues. I am very experienced in working with mood disorders, especially Bipolar Disorder. Having been trained in ERP, I also counsel people diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
I travel alongside you as you make difficult life decisions, heal or let go of relationships, and work toward self-acceptance and self-compassion. Together we will identify your goals for counseling and work together to get you to a happier and healthier place in your life.
