I am prior Active Duty Navy turned Therapist. I commit to structured therapy techniques with simple goals in order to reduce time, intensity, and frequency spent in emotional distress. I use memory techniques to create new habits of logic and perception that is found from identifying strengths and weaknesses and how strengths can overcome weaknesses. For video game lovers I have created a therapy realm in Minecraft and employ therapy concepts during gameplay which includes therapy police, therapy court and therapy prison where negative thoughts and emotions and arrested, tried and sent to prison.
