Why see a Counselor? Reasons include: desire to improve a relationship, inquiry about your sexuality, alternative lifestyle questions, difficult relationship decisions, senior sexual health, a need to change attitudes, sexual orientation or simply wanting to enrich yourself with regards to relationship needs. I believe that our sex journey begins at birth, "is it a boy or a girl?" Our gender, our sex messages both positive and negative, our religion, culture and society all affect our relationship capabilities as well as the limitations.
Individuals will take initiatives to understand her/his core issues which have kept them from creating relationships by design rather than relationships by default. I am also a Tantra educator teaching both verbal an physical communication skills. My work includes Surrogate Partner Therapy for addressing issues when a partner is not available.
Our most important relationship is the one with ourself and how we extend ourself to others. It is of utmost importance learning to live more from the neck down instead of from the neck up. Living more in our senses, our bodies/feelings/emotions,experience of life be slower, less stressful.
