I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, unresolved trauma, self-esteem, and transitional life challenges. I am trained in evidenced-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, TF-CBT, Emotional Freedom Technique, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
In my practice, I will provide you with a warm environment, where you can feel safe and supported to discuss daily challenges/concerns; uncover behaviors and patterns that may be holding you back from living your best life; and learn practical tools and skills that can help you reach your desired goals. My therapeutic style is personable and compassionate.
