I work with children, adolescents and parents addressing a variety of issues including academic difficulties or needed enhancements, relationship difficulties with peers or family members as well as other family dynamics such as divorce or loss. Academic difficulties may include assessing issues such as inattentive, impulsive or hyperactive behavior, learning difficulties as well as social-emotional challenges. Enhancements include testing for potential gifted needs.
My specialties include conducting intellectual assessments to determine eligibility for gifted programs as well as psychological and neuropsychological assessments to evaluate for potential ADHD and learning difficulties. I also offer individual psychotherapy with teens and young adults as well as parent consultations.
I aim to provide a safe, warm and confidential environment free of judgment so that each and every client can feel comfortable during the therapy and evaluation process. Please feel free to call me for a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine if you or your child/adolescent would benefit from my services.
