Are you struggling in your relationship with food and body? I treat people for various problems, such as: the many types of eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. After over 20 years of working in an eating disorder treatment center, I opened my full-time private practice, and have now opened the doors to FAB… a virtual eating disorder recovery program. The Food and Body Program (FAB) is a step-by-step outpatient program for those struggling with disordered eating.
I hand picked an inspiring team of experts, including psychologist (myself), nutritionist, yoga instructor, and discovery coach. With interactive course content, individual meetings, and powerful group sessions, we see incredible advances daily. Each team member is well-versed in the devastating effects of disordered eating, and body image struggles.
