I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). CBT and DBT are forms of therapy that have been validated by extensive research and are proven to work. My clinical expertise includes a range of problems including anxiety, panic, worry, depression, substance abuse, trauma, eating disorders and personality disorders. I have great success helping individuals manage daily stressors and increase effective coping. When needed, I incorporate mindfulness-based interventions to help clients reduce anxiety and impulsivity, increase concentration and regulate difficult emotions.
