I am an attachment-based, EMDR certified, trauma-aware clinician. I aim to connect with you in a genuine, compassionate and non-judgmental way, so you feel safe to explore your deepest fears, hurts, and desires. My goal is to help you break patterns that are holding you back, foster self-development, and learn to have more connected relationships.

I work with adult individuals, couples and families, suffering from relationships issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, self-identity, communication issues, grief and complex trauma.
