I believe there is more to therapeutic work than talk therapy. I help guide people towards a functional and aligned way of living that increases enrichment, a sense of accomplishment, and freedom. I feel that everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling life and my role is to help facilitate that opportunity with an individualized approach. My ultimate goal is to help people reconnect with themselves in meaningful and sustainable ways. I approach therapeutic work from an eclectic lens that integrates multiple counseling structures and modalities - including extended sessions, Intensives, and retreats.
