Welcome! We are a collaborative of mental health practitioners who specialize in working with the interconnected impact of Trauma in a person’s life, and supporting them to heal. Most of our clients are navigating symptoms of PTSD/C-PTSD (including military sexual trauma, moral injury, combat and Veteran trauma), depression, anxiety, gender, sexuality, substance use, or the Schizophrenia spectrum. We also work with perinatal mental health, including the complexities and trauma that can occur for individuals/families navigating pregnancy and fertility. We work with a wide range of mental health crises, mood, and behavioral symptoms.
We offer effective outpatient, individualized mental health care through counseling and psychotherapy. We provide a range of trauma modalities, integrating talk and somatic therapies, including cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness, harm-reduction, and somatic work. We provide a neutral space, cultivate therapeutic safety, promote empathy in our work with you.
We believe in diversity, culture, connection, and community. We welcome all individuals, races and ethnicities, spiritual orientations, sexual identities, expressions of gender, and intimate relationship frameworks. We are sex, kink positive, Trans and poly affirming in our practice. We work with adults, and relationships. We genuinely love what we do!
