Hello! I am a current LPC Intern at Counseling and Forensic Services. I have experience working with clients regarding trauma, life adjustments, school, anxiety, stress, depression, and more. I received my Bachelor's at The University of Memphis in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Existential and Humanistic Theories.
