My expertise spans trauma work, guiding clients through the healing process with self empowerment. Helping couples to strengthen their relationships through effective communication and am currently training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I've provided intervention for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
