Using my expertise in trauma, somatic, cognitive and narrative therapy, I will help you understand how the stories of your life have shaped your experience and worldview of your role in relationships. I will also help you change the thoughts and behaviors about sex and relationships that are getting in the way of your access to pleasure.
I am an immigrant, LGBTQIA+ ally, trauma-informed, and anti-racist. My work is culturally affirming and responsive, meaning that I center and support your unique identity, systems, cultural beliefs and strengths.
