How can therapy help me with my problems? That is a question I am sure a lot of people ask themselves when considering therapy. One of my philosophies in life is that although we cannot always control our experiences and circumstances, we can choose our responses to them and delve into how they affect and influence us as humans. Presence is essential. I understand that I cannot change any individual other than myself, but I can act as a vessel or catalyst by truly understanding myself to help another person. My goal is to create an environment where you become the best you as possible by looking into all aspects of your life.
I have worked with adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I have experience helping individuals adjust to major life changes such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, anger management, and other issues individuals encounter. I provide an empathetic, compassionate and nonjudgmental space for my clients to be accepted and feel safe.
