As an experiential trauma therapist, I go beyond talking to help you heal at the root using somatic, embodied approaches like Brainspotting and expressive arts therapies. These “bottom-up” methods engage your whole system for deep, lasting change. Together, we’ll create a safe, compassionate space to release blocks and reconnect with your authentic self.
