Welcome to Astute Counseling & Wellness Services, a private practice on the north side of Chicago. We specialize in the management and treatment of mental health issues using the latest theories, practices, mindfulness and clinical data. Owner & Head Clinician, Rebecca E Tenzer MAT, MA, LCSW, CCTP, CGCS, CCATP, CCFP has over 20 therapists to choose from, mindfulness, meditation, yoga classes, mental health retail, massage and group therapy (see pictures for schedules). We are a “one-stop-shop” for mental health and wellness.
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) (Neuroscience), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP), I am confident in treating mental health issues.
