Embarking on a journey of change takes a considerable amount of courage. As a therapist, I strive to create an engaging, comfortable, and safe space that allows you to tune into your own process of coping. I welcome all experiences, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. I am a certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) and an EMDR therapist, as well as a supervisor registered with the Oregon Board of LPCT.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoy working with individuals from a systemic perspective. My professional qualifications include: Levels 1, 2 and 3 training and certification in IFS and training in EMDR. These modalities, in addition to my yoga and meditation practice, allow me to work with the whole self - body, mind, heart and spirit.
As a supervisor, I am available to provide supervision for people who are pursuing licensure status (LPC or LMFT) in the state of Oregon. I enjoy supporting therapists as they find and grow into their most authentic and ethical professional selves.
