As a dedicated mental health therapist, I specialize in empowering women ages 18-65 to overcome challenges and achieve their mental health goals. I provide compassionate support for managing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life stage issues, life transitions, and grief. I utilize a trauma informed focus in my therapuetic practice. I also engage clients in cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy, person centered therapy, and solution focused approaches. However therapy is not one size fits all. Collaboration between the client and therapist is essential to identifying the best course of treatment for the client's goals.
