This group was formulated to assist individuals in regaining their lives by alleviating depression, increasing self-esteem and self-worth and in reducing the occurrence of another depressive episode. This group treatment will utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach which has been demonstrated to be effective by the research in treating depression.
