It is about relationships. Either with oneself, ones family member, or ones partner. My goal is to help you expand and strengthen your emotional world. To help you feel seen and heard in your relationships. I will help you to learn to manage the distressing emotions arising during conflicts with a loved one. With those seeking couples counseling we will work on avoiding defensiveness, criticism, contempt, and stonewalling. I will help you build an atmosphere of admiration and appreciation providing you with the tools to be able to reestablish the friendship and fondness that once drew you together.
I work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, or trauma. Individuals engaging in self-defeating behaviors, struggling with family or relationship issues. I help individuals find a sense of emotional balance, calmness, and a sense of meaning and purpose.
I seek to provide calm, safe non-judgmental environment for those individuals guidance in life's journey and self discovery. I work with individuals wanting to develop emotional strength and courage. I'm available days, evenings and weekends. I will try to see you within 48 hours of your call. and I will work with those with financial concerns.
