I reflect what I see, challenge patterns, and teach practical skills that create real movement. I won’t save you, but I will help you grow. I am an LCSW in New Jersey with a PhD in Social Work and the author of Feel Free Together in Hebrew.
We begin with my Honest Intake, where I reflect relational patterns and outline an initial direction.
The work is focused, practical, and designed to end. Therapy happens between sessions, not just in them. I offer exercises, articles, and videos to support real change. You set the pace, and progress depends on how much you invest.
My work is best suited for partners and individuals who are motivated, curious, playful, and open to change.
