Greetings, I am Janice,, as a psychotherapist, I would define myself and my foundation as eclectic. I believe that the human condition and many stages of our life cycle presents challenges and conflict. As your therapist, my goal is to help you move to a better space in your life. I have been trained in a various clinical modalities, psycho-dynamic,structural and contextual family therapy. I am also grounded in humanistic theory. I am a expert with Grief and Loss, and Trauma Related Issues . I have more than 20 years of clinical experience.
My practice treats the elderly, adolescents ,and intellectually and developmentally disabled. I am comfortable with depression, bipolar disorder, relationship issues. conduct disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, phase of life issues. and most emotional disorders.
