“Let nothing dim the light that shines from within!” —Maya Angelou— Dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, and other mental health issues can be a lot to face on your own. We understand that asking for help can create feelings of hopelessness, despair, and defeat. We work with individuals, groups, and families, ranging in age from 6-60, on building the confidence and skills needed to make it through life's ups and downs, emphasizing your talents, skills, possibilities, and increasing hope.
We utilize a variety of therapeutic skills and techniques tailored to each person's identified goals, to include cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths perspective, role-playing, solution-focused therapy, anger management, behavior modification/management. We also offer seated yoga with guided meditation by a registered yoga teacher.
