Behavioral Health Parent Group: Ages 3-5 in CT
For parents of children ages 3–5, this group offers supportive, practical strategies for navigating big feelings in the preschool years. As young children build independence and learn to communicate their wants, needs, and emotions, everyday moments can quickly become overwhelming for children and parents. Limited to five families, the group provides personalized coaching, meaningful discussion, and individualized support over 15 weekly sessions. Parents will gain developmentally appropriate tools to respond with greater confidence, reduce power struggles, and support their child’s emotional regulation while building connection, confidence, and independence at home. Cost is $750 per family. Groups meet virtually.
