I work with couples to help them move from feeling unloved, unimportant, lonely, and unheard to connecting and feeling loved, wanted, and heard. I help those with ADHD identify what causes stress and keeps them stuck. Then we work together to find ways to move forward and to address symptoms that get in the way of success and accomplishment. I work with premarital couples to help them identify potential problems and to gain skills to have strong, connected marriages. I am a certified facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich Program.

I also completed my undergraduate coursework in Family & Human Services from the University of Oregon, and earned another Master's degree in Special Education from Penn State. I am a licensed professional counselor in both Pennsylvania and Delaware and have been certified as a National Counselor by the NBCC. With my extensive experience, I specialize in working with children, young adults, and parents.
