We are a group of Life Coaches for adults on the ASD Spectrum and other Neurodiverse individuals. We teach practical real life skills such as social skills, communication skills, independent living and college/career development. We have a heavy focus on healthy relationship building from the ground up and executive functioning. Many of our clients need help in the areas of social interaction, friendship building, relationship advice, job interview skills, how to find and keep a job for the long term, how to communicate effectively, building self awareness and self confidence and achieving independence in a very social world.

I believe strongly that clients come in all different shapes and sizes and from different walks of life. Therefore, I do not have an ideal client, as my wish is to help anyone who needs it regardless of their experiences, needs, and goals. I welcome the experiences I will gain from having diverse clients.

I enjoy working with relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety and trauma. I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma. My ideal client is someone who is ready to gain insight into their experiences, and to work towards personal growth. I will help you feel empowered, and more fulfilled.

Resolve Community Counseling Center offers the services of 14 masters' and doctoral level mental health clinicians (LPCs, LAC's, LCADC's, PsyD), under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. We work with families and children of all ages, couples and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. We also carry out psychological evaluations for clinical and forensic purposes. With our large clinical staff, we are able to accommodate the needs of most every person seeking assistance. We are a private nonprofit agency, with a mission to help our community members with low cost but quality, confidential and caring mental health services.

Living life with a chronic illness is often lonely and difficult. Having worked as a chronic illness mental health provider for the last 7 years, I can truly understand and support individuals who live their lives with a disease that is often invisible to others. I also work with parents and other caregivers who have a child with a chronic illness, or other unique challenges. I also have many years of experience counseling adults with depression, anxiety, high functioning autism spectrum disorder, and mood disorders.

I provide behavioral consultation and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and their families. My focus is on clients with behavioral challenges, ADHD, anxiety symptoms, and ASD, as well as common challenge areas, such as tantrums, feeding, toileting, and sleep. I work with families to improve the skills and overall quality of life of their child and other family members through pragmatic, evidence-based treatment and coaching, infusing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into ABA. I also help families with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), program evaluations, IEP reviews, and home program consultation.

I view good emotional and psychological health as boiling down to one word: perspective. With good perspective, we feel better; when we "lose perspective," we feel less well. With good perspective, we discover that our vulnerability and insecurities don't make us (or others) "weak." We accept that feeling insecure, confused, lost, scared and uncertain makes us human, not deficient. We can learn to embrace our vulnerability without shame, while addressing what impedes us from pursuing meaningful connections and goals.

My ideal client would be motivated to achieve better for themselves. They could be coming for anxiety, issues in relationships, or a stressful life event. They would be choosing to focus on themselves, what they need, and seeking help. They may be struggling with negative self-thoughts and emotional regulation or simply need guidance in how to identify and verbalize their feelings. Their goals for therapy would be to process their thoughts and emotions while developing long-term skills to use in the future.

I provide social skills training to children and teenagers who have difficulty making and maintaining friendships - some of whom have autistic spectrum disorders. I see children and teenagers on an individual basis to work on behavioral issues and other concerns and will frequently involve the whole family in order to improve communication and other dynamics. I also provide neurofeedback therapy to children and adults with ADHD and other disorders.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression and interpersonal difficulties, utilizing different modalities. Primarily, I offer an insight-oriented approach, along with CBT and DBT. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I also offer life coaching. My greatest desire is to help you find a path to the confidence and calm within.

I provide telehealth counseling services to children, teens, adults and families. I specialize working with Neurodiverse individuals as well as a variety of other challenges including anxiety, depression and trauma throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I have experience and passion working with the LGBTQ communities.
