My clinical experiences have allowed me to work with a myriad of clinical disorders including depression, anxiety, perinatal & postpartum mental health disorders, perfectionism, trauma, and codependency. I have been trained in CBT, EMDR therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, EFT, Mindfulness, ACT, and multicultural counseling education.
As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician I especially enjoy working with women's issues including postpartum/perinatal depression/anxiety. I also have advanced training in trauma issues, grief, relationship difficulties, those who struggle with codependent behaviors, and those interested in addressing their struggles through their spiritual beliefs.
