I treat individuals ages 18 and up and I believe in an inclusive approach and accept people of all identifiers, races, cultures, religions/beliefs, ethnicities, and cognitive abilities. My primary focus is to tailor your treatment to your individual needs. I offer both long and short term treatment at this time through telehealth.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 7 years of experience, specializing in helping individuals facing substance use disorder, PTSD, adjustment disorder, anxiety, and various mental health challenges. My expertise lies in guiding individuals towards self-awareness and effective coping skills. I can also assist with parenting skills, public speaking, and managing anxiety. My client-centered therapeutic approach places you at the center of the process, empowering you as the expert in your own life.

I have over 22 years of experience working with children and families. The principles of wraparound are a major component of my work as I believe that families are the experts on their own experiences, strengths and needs. Building an integrated team of both natural and professional supports can help a family meet their goals for themselves in a way that is sustainable.

I feel that providing a comfortable and safe environment for people to discuss their feelings and thoughts about experiences, concerns and changes they hope for in life and relationships is important. I will work to help you improve skills, insight and awareness around the areas in your life you are struggling with. I have been a clinical social worker for 20 years working within a variety of settings including schools, homes, community and residential. I have treated diverse populations of children, adolescents and adults with co-occurring disorders. I provide counseling services for adults and couples.

They aspire to overcome panic attacks, reduce anxiety, and develop the skills necessary to confront triggering situations. Ultimately, they strive for a fulfilling life free from the constraints of anxiety, where they can find peace and contentment.
