Our group practice, Prosper Health, focuses exclusively on autistic adults. I have unique experience with autism, being someone who has studied the subject at Boston University (Doctorate in Education and Master's in Social Work), having experience working with such clients for 12 years, and having raised a son with autism (many years as a single parent).

I specialize in telehealth therapy for adult ADHD, executive functioning concerns, and anxiety. As a neuropsychologist, I appreciate the complex interactions between our brains, our behaviors, and our environments. I view symptoms and their potential remedies through a scientific lens, with a focus on evidence-based strategies -- practical tools that can make a difference in your everyday life. I treat individuals ages 18 and up and I believe in an inclusive approach and accept people of all identifiers, races, cultures, religions/beliefs, ethnicities, and cognitive abilities. My primary focus is to tailor your treatment to your individual needs. I offer both long and short term treatment at this time through telehealth.

My practice is strongly eclectic, art therapy based, and person-centered. Therapy is a collaborative process and together we will find the best interventions to tailor to your unique needs, as I believe the most successful journeys are done as a team.
